لمعرفة نوع بشرتك؟ قبل النوم اغسلي وجهك بالماء وعند الصباح قبل غسل الوجه امسحي الوجه بفوطة خفيفة ثم منديل أبيض ونظيف .. ضعي المنديل في الشمس ليتبين لكي إذا كان هناك دهون على المنديل أم لا؟
- إذا كان هنالك دهون فأنتي صاحبة بشرة دهنية.
- إذا كان هنالك دهون بسيطة متفرقة فأنتي صاحبة بشرة عادية.
-إما إذا كان لا يوجد أثر لدهون فأنتي صاحبة بشرة جافة.
وهنالك يا عزيزتي عوامل تؤثر على صحة البشرة وصفائها؟
((الوراثة- الاكتئاب – العوامل النفسية – الرجيم القاسي – الغذاء الغير متوازن – لأنيميا – العوامل الخارجية – الشمس – الهواء الحار – بعض لأمراض التي تصيب بالعدوى)).
معلومات مفيدة جداً جداً عن البشرة وأنواعها؟
البشرة المختلطة؟
يستخدم لها صابون يزيل
الدهون عن المناطق الدهنية من دون تجفيف باقي البشرة. تجمع صفات الدهنية والجافة..ففي منطقة الجبهة ولأنف تظهر بعض الدهون وتكون جافة أو عادية في باقي الوجه.
البشرة الجافة؟
يستخدم لها كريمات للتنظيف وللتقوية والتغذية.
البشرة العادية ؟
فيجب أن تنظف البشرة ويقلل كمية الكريمات المغذية ويستخدم أي نوع من الكريمات المرطبة.
البشرة وأنواعها؟
-بشرة دهنية: يستخدم لها كريمات ومرطبات أساسها مائي.
-بشرة الجافة: يستخدم لها كريمات ومرطبات أساسها كريمة.
-بشرة عادية أو مخلطة: يستخدم لها كريمات ومرطبات أساسها مائي.
البشرة الجافة؟ مسامها ضيقة وتظهر عليها التجاعيد بسرعة وخصوصاً حول العين والفم وهي حساسة جداً يضرها الصابون والمواد التجميلية .نقص المواد الدهنية فيها يؤدي إلى التقشر والخشونة.
البشرة الدهنية؟ مسامها واسعة وواضحة معرضة للتلوث دائماً تكون الحبوب والزوان إذا أهملت.
البشرة العادية؟ هي رطبة وناعمة معتدلة والعناية بها تتطلب الحذر لأنها تجمع صفات متعددة .
هنا يستخدم لكلى البشرة المذكورة هنا هذه المحتويات المهمة؟
البشرة الجافة: لاستعمل لغسلها الصابون العادي بل يستعمل في غسلها الصابون يدخل في تركيبة الكريم أو بعض الزيوت ((مثل دوف)).
يجب أزاله المكياج عند المساء بواسطة كريم أو حليب خاص بالبشرة الجافة.
وضع كريم مرطب دهني في الصباح وتدليكه جيداً حتى تمتصه البشرة كلها.
يستخدم لها كريم أساسي جيد لا يساعد على جفافها ويحتوي نسبة من كريم المرطب …وممكن لكي عمل ذلك بخلط قليل من كريمات المرطب مع قليل من الكريم لأساسي.
البشرة الدهنية: يجب غسلها بالصبون ومن ثم استخدام سائل قابض ولا تستعمل المرطبات بكثرة.
البشرة المختلطة: فلابد من اختيار صابون ينظف الدهون دون أ يزيد من جفاف المنطقة الجافة.
البشرة الحساسة: تكون عرضة دائمة للاحمرار والحكة مع ظهور بقع حمراء وحبوب بها فهي سريعة التأثر بعوامل الجو وتغيراته كذالك الشمس وبعض أنواع المستحضرات التجميلية والعطور التي تزيد من الحساسية ولاحمرار وتهيج البشرة ولابد من اختيار مرطبات وكريمات أساسية ومواد تنظيف مناسبة للبشرة الحساسة ويفضل أن تكون باستشارة طبيب.
البشرة العادية: يتم تنظيفها بالماء والصابون ويفضل الصابون المحتوي على زيت اللوز وأضافه م خل التفاح. عمل أقنعه أسبوعية لها ولابد أن تحتوي الأقنعة على الزبادي.
الكريم المرطب أنصح بوضعه قبل الأساسي ولأساسي من النوع العادي ولكن من الماركة الجيدة.
البشرة الدهنية: تنظف البشرة بإزالة المكياج ومن ثم غسلها بواسطة مستحضر خاص بالبشرة الدهنية أو أضافه نقاط الليمون إلى محلول الغسيل وتجنب الكريمات الدهنية التي تعتمد على الزيوت .
يجب على حمام بخار 3مرات في لأسبوع لتنظيف البشرة.
